Absolutely not! We are a federally-funded grant program, so all the expenses - from meals to bus transportation - is paid by us.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY TAX FORMS?
Our program has specific income requirements for our participants. Your most recent 1040 form gives us the information we need to make a well-informed decision. If you do not pay taxes (i.e. SSI or SSDI), please provide us with documentation stating this fact.

Yes. If you would like to fill out a paper application, you can print any of the links to the right, or you can contact the guidance office at your student's school for a paper application. Once filled out, return the application to our office at the Terry Campus in person, by mail, or through email or fax.
BOTH THE APPLICATION AND QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE COMPLETED.
